SOLANO VETERINARY AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES was established in September 1997 and registered on March 19, 1998, with the aim of providing quality and affordable veterinary medicine and services to hog and poultry farmers.​

In 1997, it was appointed by Intervet Philippines (now MSD Animal Health) to be its preferred dealer in Rizal province and the Greater Manila Area.  Among its noted clients are the Rizal Hog Raisers Cooperatives, Rizal Poultry and Livestock Association, Aldec, Urarco, Rayanton Farms and Livestock Corp., GegatJek Corp., REVA Farms, Monterey Foods Corp., and Robina Farms.

In 2010, Virbac Philippines appointed Solano Veterinary to be its distributor for Companion Animal Products, covering 400 veterinary clinics and 300 pet shops.

In 2012, it started operating Pet Corner Veterinary Clinic to provide high-quality veterinary service and pet care to a growing population of dogs and cats in Metro Manila. Currently, we operate 3 clinics and stores while also providing veterinary services and products to 10 Pet Express (SM group of companies) stores nationwide.

Since its inception, it has grown into a multiline product company carrying other noted veterinary brands such as Zoetis, Merial, Hipra, and Vetoquinol. To this day, Solano Veterinary continues to strive for the highest standards in sales, marketing, and technical services to ensure satisfaction and economic growth among its business partners and customers.
